Order Processing
SSD Uniform Shop prides itself on efficient service levels and aims to process all orders within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. However, at peak periods of the year, this may not always be possible.
Once your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the order details. If you don’t receive an email, please check your Spam or Junk folder, or contact us and we can resend this for you.
If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us at hello@sewstunningdesigns.co.uk. We will not be able to make any changes to your order after it has been shipped.
Please take a moment to double-check the delivery address you’ve given us. If an error in the address prevents delivery, we’ll refund your original order (excluding the delivery fee), and you can easily place your order again.
